Roll Cake - Recipe


"Roll Cake" - recipe

My cousin give me this recipe to make the Roll Cake and I love it.  It's it very simple and easy to make.

Step 1.
This is what you are going to need for the dough:
6 - extra large eggs
1 cup - sugar
1 cup - flour
2 drops of Vanilla

Step 2. 
Whipped the eggs and sugar together.

Step 3.
After eggs and sugar are whipped for 15 minutes, add flour to it slowly through the sifter and make sure when you mix it up, just put it on the #1 or 2 speed.

Step 4.
After it's all mixed slowly, add 2 drops of Vanilla.

Step 5.
Put baking paper into the baking pan.  Set your oven to 380 degrees and bake for 10 minutes on the low or medium baking rack (depends on the oven you have), then for 3 more minutes on the top baking rack.  Pour it all over the baking pan evenly.

Step 6.
After you take out of the oven, cut it very carefully all the way around so you can then take it and roll it because if you don't roll it right away and it stays straight it would brake easily.

Time to make Cream!!! 

This is what you are going to need to make cream:

16 oz - sour cream
1 cup - sugar
12 oz whipped cream (extra creamy)

Mix all of the 3 ingredients for 15 minutes.

Spread the cream all over and sprinkle it with some walnuts.

After its done, roll it and spread the cream on top.

Now it's time to taste your creation:)
