Stuffed Jalapeno Pepper Appetizers!

HOW TO MAKE

STUFFED JALAPENO PEPPERS!!!

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Ingredients:

12 - Jalapeno Peppers

12 oz - mushrooms (chopped)

1/2 cup of bacon already made & chopped (from Costco)

2 - sweet peppers (chopped)

Some Dill, some cheese for garnish (I put mild jack cheese)

Salt & Pepper

4 - 5 tablespoons of Cream Cheese (from Costco)

Step 1.

Cut and clean 12 Jalapeno Peppers, just like that:

Step 2.

Chop the mushrooms and add 1/2 of cup of bacon, just like that:

Add them together

Step 3.

Then cut and chop 2 sweet peppers, add dill after that too, and some salt and pepper, just like that:

Step 4.

Mix everything together with 4 - 5 tablespoons of cream cheese: Jalapeno Peppers should look like this before you put them in the oven.

Add your favorite cheese on the TOP

Step 5.

Set oven to 380 degrees and put the Jalapeno Peppers in the oven for about 20 minutes, check them and see if they are done, if not then cooked them for another 10 more minutes on 350 degrees temperature. After you take Jalapeno Peppers out of the oven, let them cool down a little and garnish them with Cheese again, just like that:
