Chocolate Filled Puff Pastry!

Chocolate Filled Puff Pastry!!!

It's very easy to do and it's a good snack when you are craving Chocolate or something Sweet:)


Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1.
If you have puff pastry dough in the freezer, you would need to take it out and unfreeze it a little bet. The dough I buy comes in the big boxes so you can use it for various things. This is the box of puff pastry that I buy:


This is the Chocolate that I have used for this pastry dough:
(you can use any kind of Chocolate, 
infect Milk Chocolate tastes Better)


Step 2.
Put the Chocolate in the middle of the pastry dough sheet and cut around the Chocolate, just like that:




Step 3.
After you got it all cut, just start putting the pastry one side then other side like you making a bread.


This is how it looks when it's all DONE:



Step 4.
Put it in the oven for 385 degrees and about 15-20 minutes, it also depends on the oven.

This how it looks when it comes out of the oven.


Then just spray some Powdered Sugar on Top!!!


You can also do some plain puff pastry with the extra dough that you have left over, just like that:

Two kinds of Baked "Tilapia"



Tilapia fish with garlic, 
lemon and white wine vinaigrette!!!



Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1.
Put all of the Tilapia fish in the dish and garnish with all of these species, just like this: (Garlic Salt, kosher salt, pepper, lemon pepper, white wine, lemon, dill and garlic)...



Step 2.
Put Tilapia in the oven at 385 degrees, for 45 minutes, (but every oven is different so make sure you know your oven good enough, so you don't burn the fish).

This is how it looks when is has all the spices on!
(make sure to cover it with the foil)


Step 3.
After you take the fish out of the oven, it is ready to be served and it looks like this:




Tilapia with olive oil and lemon vinaigrette drizzled with Paprika!!!  

Step 4.
The same things apply for Tilapia with paprika, use all the same species only add paprika too:

This is how it looks when you put it on the dish with Pasta, but as you saw earlier you can make it with rice too.  Very easy, simple and yummy dish to have for Lunch or Dinner;)

"Recipe" for Ricotta pancakes (сырники)

1 - raw egg
1 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
1/2 cup - granulated sugar
1/2 tsp - baking powder
1 tsp - vanilla extract 
1 tbsp - oil inside
32 oz - Ricotta cheese (творог)
Make them into pancakes and Fry them with "Canola Oil" or any other oil you prefer...

Eggplant with Cheese and Jalapeno Salad


How to make these appetizers!!!

Step-by-step Instructions:

Step 1.
Get 4 medium eggplants, wash them, cut them into round pieces and put salt and pepper on both sides,  just like that:


Fry the eggplant on both sides with some Olive oil


Step 2.
After eggplants are fried, put them onto a napkin to get as much oil out of them as possible!  Then mix 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 5 cloves of shredded garlic(You can use less garlic if you would like, I love GARLIC so I use a lot of it). Garnish the mayo with some dill on top of eggplants and you got yourself an appetizer or you can also put cheese and jalapeno too;) Basically any dipping that you think would go good with eggplant you can put on top of the eggplant and also experiment with....




Step 3.
You can also make some appetizers with Sprats Sardines in Oil and put the eggplant on the baguette as well.... So first cut baguette on the little pieces then put thin layer of mayonnaise with garlic on the baguette and then put fried eggplant and on top put sardines, also garnish it with some dill and your appetizer is done!!!

Greenshell Spicy Mussels!


Made some Yummy and "Spicy Mussels"
with our homemade Signature Sauce!!!


How to make Mussels 
Step-by-step Instructions:
Step 1.
First, I buy the mussels in the store and usually at the Asian store and the box looks just like this:


Step 2.
After you open the box of mussels, make sure they are not frozen, wash them and just set them out on the baking sheet, just like this:


Step 3.
For about 25 to 30 of the mussels use 5 or 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of HOT chili sauce.  Hot chili sauce is called: Sriracha!!!


Mix it together


Cover the Mussels with the Sauce, just like that:


Step 4.
Put into the oven for 350 degrees and 30 minutes, it also depends on your oven too, so just after 20 minutes make sure to watch them closely so you don't burn them.  After you take mussels out of the oven, make sure they cool down and then they are ready to be served for dinner, lunch or as appetizers too;)
