Anna's Braised Beef Brisket!

Recipe for Anna's Braised Beef Brisket!!!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Ingredients:
8 lb - beef
1 pack - celery
1 big - red bell pepper
2 big - carrots
1/2 of onion - white
1/2 of onion - red
6 ripe - tomatoes
6 cloves of - garlic, chopped
2 cups of - chicken consomme
1 1/2 cups - soy sauce
1/2 cup - fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Step 1.
First step is to cut the whole pack of celery root.  Just like that:

Step 2.
Cut one big red bell pepper, see it on the picture below:

Step 3.
Peel and cut 2 big carrots, just like that:

Step 4.
Cut half of white onion and half of red onion, see the picture below:
Put everything in one big Tray

Step 5.
Cut six ripe tomatoes and six cloves of garlic. Just like that:

Put everything in one big Tray

Step 6.
The next step is to prepare the meat.  I put 1 tablespoon of all the spices into the plate and mixed them up (made a mixture for the beef), then I rub the mixture of spices onto the beef on both sides.  "RED PEPPER SPICE" only 1/2 a teaspoonful.
This the spices that you would need:

Step 7.
Put the meat into the tray on top of all the vegetables that you've cut.

Step 8.
Last but not least, put all of this into the Tray with beef:
2 cups of - chicken consomme
1 1/2 cups - soy sauce
1/2 cup - fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

After that cover the tray with foil and put the tray into the oven, set the oven to 300 degrees and leave the beef brisket in the oven for six to seven hours (6-7).  All ovens may vary so make sure you know yours and if you need too you can set the temperature of the oven to the lover degrees like 250, but for the same amount of time.

When it's all done, let it cool down a little,
mix and separate with couple of forks all of the meat
(just like on the picture above) and then
Enjoy your Brisket with Pasta, Eggs, on the Bread, with
Buckwheat or Couscous and any other foods that you may think of.

Made some yummy Toast, with
Mozzarella Cheese and Sage Leaves!!!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1.
Get any bread that you like, I usually do the Rye Bread, but this time I did white bread.  Cut into pieces and put some olive oil on the top.  Just like that:

Step 2.
After that, cut some slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the bread.  Just like the picture below:

Step 3.
Then, put sage leaves on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Just like you see it on the picture below:

Step 4.
This is the kind of mozzarella and sage I use:

Finally, all you have to do is put the bread into the oven for about 380 degrees (but it could vary on the oven too), it should be ready in about 15 minutes, also for 5 minutes turn on broil on HI and then take them out after that and they should look like this:
