"Zucchini Noodles"



Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1.
First, you would need to gather all of the ingredients for your zucchini noodles salad (I call it a Salad even though zucchini does look like noodles).  So, you should have Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, 3 Zucchini, Lemon and Garlic!!!


Step 2.
Second, you would need to shred 3 zucchini's, then add a little bit of lemon juice and a lemon zest too.  Shred or squeeze 3 garlic cloves, put 1/2 - cup of olive oil, 1/2 - cup of vinegar and add some salt and pepper for your own taste.  I have mentioned it before everyone has their own taste, so if you need to put less of the ingredients or smaller by size it's totally up to you!!! Basically, you have to play around with it until you'll get your zucchini noodles to a desired taste.  I'm just telling you how I do it, and how like it, because I really like it more spicy, more sour and more garlicky for my taste:-))  It should look just like this:



Step 3.
Now that you have all of the ingredients cut, shred and mixed it is time to enjoy your Zucchini Noodles.  It should look just like this!!!



This was my lunch for today with some gluten-fee toasted bread, zucchini noodles, water with lemon and some dipping sauce which is the same sauce that I put into zucchini noodles. I made the dipping sauce separately from the noodles, then I poured it into the noodles.
