Italian Chicken

"Easy to make - Italian Chicken"

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1.
First, you'll need some raw and skinless chicken, then cut the chicken up into 2 - 3 inch pieces or bigger.  Next, salt and pepper each and everyone of the chicken pieces and put them into a pan to fry from both sides.

Step 2.
After that, when chicken is done on the both sides put the chicken pieces into the dish.

Step 3.
Next, cut a half of red onion, just like that:

Fry the onions...

Step 4.
Add whipping cream and a smudge of Saffron (you can see the Saffron in the pan that looks like little red sticks) to the red onions.

Step 5.
After red onions are started to boil a little with the whipping cream, your onion sauce is done.  Next, put the onion sauce that you've just made over the chicken pieces and it's all done!!! 

P.S. By the way, Saffron makes the whipping cream look a little yellowish, but the taste that is makes is outstanding;)
= Now, you have yourself some Yummy Italian Chicken!!! =
