Greenshell Spicy Mussels!

Made some Yummy and "Spicy Mussels"
with our homemade Signature Sauce!!!

How to make Mussels 
Step-by-step Instructions:
Step 1.
First, I buy the mussels in the store and usually at the Asian store and the box looks just like this:

Step 2.
After you open the box of mussels, make sure they are not frozen, wash them and just set them out on the baking sheet, just like this:

Step 3.
For about 25 to 30 of the mussels use 5 or 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of HOT chili sauce.  Hot chili sauce is called: Sriracha!!!

Mix it together

Cover the Mussels with the Sauce, just like that:

Step 4.
Put into the oven for 350 degrees and 30 minutes, it also depends on your oven too, so just after 20 minutes make sure to watch them closely so you don't burn them.  After you take mussels out of the oven, make sure they cool down and then they are ready to be served for dinner, lunch or as appetizers too;)
