Chicken Stuffed ZRAZY!

Recipe for the Chicken Stuffed Zrary 
or Chicken Stuffed Roulade!!!

~ Stuffed with Mushroom and Cheese ~

STEP-BY-STEP Instructions:
2 lb. - chicken breasts without skin 
16 oz - mushrooms
12 oz - smoked sliced bacon
1/2 cup - cheddar cheese
1/2 cup - mozzarella cheese
Spices and some Parsley
Salt & Pepper

Step 1.
The first thing you need to do is wash the chicken breasts and slice them in half then you need to beat them until they are thin and again cut them in half and put salt and pepper on  both sides:

Step 2.
Then we chop the onions in the food processor and fry them on the pan, after that we add spices and 2 kinds of cheese, mozzarella and cheddar cheese.  Just like that:

This is the Spices I used for the Mushroom Mix.

Step 3.
After mushrooms are done, now it's time to add them to the beaten chicken breasts and then cover it with bacon. You can also see it how it's done in the video at the end of this blog.

Add cheese to the Mushrooms.

Add some Parsley to the Mushroom Mix.

Step 4.
After mushroom mix is all rolled up in the chicken, cover the chicken with bacon and it is all ready to go to the oven for 380 - 400 degrees and 40  to 50 minutes. (Depends on the oven).

Ready for the Oven.

All Done and out off the oven, ready to Eat...
